The game
Egg Party places spawn points at real locations. Standing within 30 metres of one and completing a capture entitles you to the item shown, or to its listed floor value in tokenized $RBLX. The choice is yours at the moment of capture and cannot be changed afterwards.
Who can play
You must be old enough to hold the tokens involved where you live, and you must not be in a place where holding them is not allowed. You are responsible for knowing which applies to you.
Being there
Captures require that you are physically present. Spoofing a location, replaying signals, or using a device modified to fake movement voids the capture and may close the account. We decide what counts as present; the checks are described on the map page.
No promises about spawns
Spawns appear when the vault can pay for them. We do not guarantee a spawn near you, at any time, of any rarity. A spawn shown on the map may be claimed by someone else before you reach it.
Tokens
Tokenized $RBLX and $PARTY are digital assets on a public chain. Once delivered to the wallet you associated, they are under your control and outside ours. We cannot reverse a transfer, recover a lost key, or restore a wallet you no longer have access to.
Your account
One account per person. Your handle must not impersonate someone else or a brand. We may reclaim a handle that does. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in.
What we are not liable for
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, for the value of any token at any time, for outages, or for anything a third party — a chain, a wallet, a provider — does or fails to do.
Changes
We may change these terms. If a change matters, we will say so on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to play after that means you accept it.
